" I worked on Megan's team for over a year and a half on WildStar and really grew as a designer because of it. Megan immediately accepted me and made me feel like a part of the team. From the beginning, she gave me challenging and meaningful work and trusted me to get my work done without micromanaging. If I had any questions about the project or work I was doing she would find the answers I needed or point me toward someone who did. She was very knowledgeable about the project and gave great feedback for my content. Her feedback was always well-thought-out, and if I did disagree with her about something, she would be very open to talking about it. A lot of the time we would come up with an even better way of doing things by talking this way. She is very easy to talk to and treats everyone with respect. Even with the heavy deadlines we faced, Megan kept on top of all of her lead duties, providing skillful direction and helping to work through any issues that would come up. To sum it all up, Megan always pushed me to do new things and make my content better than before. I really learned a lot and grew as a designer working under Megan, and I would work for her again at the drop of a hat. "

" I had the pleasure of working with Megan for over a year on the MMORPG Fallen Earth. We collaborated frequently, because she would often come up with ideas that required new functionality from scripting, such as a new mission type or custom NPC behavior. She does an excellent job communicating her ideas to other departments, which ultimately results in a great final product in line with her creative vision.
Megan has a fun sense of humor that lends itself well to her writing, which I believe is a big reason why the content she works on always feels fresh and entertaining. Her positive attitude makes her a great co-worker to have around the office, but it's her great writing that makes her an asset to any game development team. "
